Crock Pot Creamed Corn - Recipe R&R

To go along with the pork chops, I made Crock Pot Creamed Corn. I have no idea where I got the recipe from.

Here's the recipe:
32 oz. Frozen Corn
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Stick Butter
Salt & Pepper

Dump corn in crock pot. Cut cream cheese and butter into chunks. Dump in crock pot along with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 4 hours. Do not cook on high. Serves 12.

I'd rate this about a 9.5.

I also made Cooking During Stolen Moments' Parmesan Popovers.

You can tell how they turned out - hmph!!
