Crock Pot Smoked Sausage & Potatoes

I found this recipe over on I've altered it somewhat.

Here's the recipe:

1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes
1 lb. smoked sausage
8 ozs. cream cheese (softened)
10 1/2 oz. can cream of celery
1 oz. package dry ranch dressing mix

Spray crock pot with Pam. Cut potatoes into wedges or however you like them. Leave skins off or on, whatever you prefer. Throw them in crock pot. Cut sausage into 1/4" slices and throw them into crock pot. In a bowl blend softened cream cheese, cream of celery soup, and dry ranch dressing mix. Pour over potatoes and sausage. Stir. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

This was super, super easy to make and it tasted pretty dang good.

Kelly and I both would rate this a 9.
