Tonight I made Jewels in the Kitchen's Meatloaf. I adapted it somewhat.
I had what I thought was close to a pound of ground deer meat. I only used about 1/3 of a cup of Bisquick because I wasn't sure if I had quite a pound of meat. I also added dried minced onion and Cavender's Greek Seasoning. Have y'all ever tried that stuff? It's good stuff.
Since I didn't think I had enough mixture to make a loaf out of it, I just put the mixture into a muffin tin. I really like the way they turned out.
