Recipe R&R - Southern Plate's Country Casserole

Tonight I made Southern Plate's Country Casserole. I've made this before. It was good enough to make it again. Easy to make and tastes good.

I used canned chicken because that's how I roll. I screwed up too by not cooking the veggies long enough. Big Daddy and I would rate this a 7.
