Tonight I made Tested, Tried and True's Porcupine Meatballs for supper.
Easy to make. I don't have a pressure cooker, so I did the stove-top method. Cooked them in my electric skillet because no matter what kind of skillet I use, I can't get meat to brown on my 1,000-year-old stove.
Big Daddy and I agreed on this one. We'd rate it an 8.
What's really awesome is Maddie ate some of these and we had no leftovers - yay!
