YUMMMMMMMY. I loved it.
Kind of reminded me of smoked sausage fried rice. I thought it was delicious. Kelly and I both would rate this a 9. I might be inclined to give it a 9.5. So easy to make!
This will definitely go on the supper rotation for a while.
